2 My interaction with agent Julie was excellent. She resolved my issue promptly and efficiently. My problem is with the website. I tried to access my dashboard at least 5 separate time and could not get past the verification process. Email and text messages were not delivered to me, I verified that the numbers on record were correct. Within the site itself I feel that there should be a better explanation of the services provided. I was trying to find out the differences between plans and could not find that information anywhere on the site.
