5 Spoke with Kat (or Cat) in customer service regarding the changing of our bank account info. Not only was she very helpful in helping us complete this task in a timely manner, she was also very polite and had a sense of humor. I normally don't reply when asked to do these types of surveys, but when someone stands out and is helpful. Credit should be given when credit is due. Thanks Kat!
