5 We had a difficult situation. The people responsible for processing merchant cards resigned. I am a consultant and while I've hired a new Office Manager, we really didn't know what the process was. We called Andrew V. and literally in a matter of minutes, we were on the right track to adding our new office manager and removing the resigner's. Andrew was very customer service oriented and gave us a level of comfort. I wish all of our vendors has the professionalism and customer-service that Andrew provided. Well done. SBGA. We had a difficult situation. The people responsible for processing merchant cards resigned. I am a consultant and while I've hired a new Office Manager, we really didn't know what the process was. 3 Shawny provided excellent customer service, she was professional and courteous. Unfortunately my issue was not resolved after spending over 1:30 hours on the phone and I have to rely on Clover to try and see what is going on. Not being able to batch out transactions while they try (I was given a 24-48hrs timeframe) is not an acceptable for our business.
