1 If I could leave zero stars I would. The operator was helpful but the departments who support her are awful. You cannot put a credit card batch on hold before you leave on Friday evening (batch was closed midnight the night before) not answer IMMEDIATE phone call response, not respond to emails all weekend and not take care of it on Monday. I called first thing East Coast time and then called at 4pm West Coast time AND EVERYBODY HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY WITHOUT RESOLVING MY CONFLICT. Criminal. I regret changing to SBGA the savings is nullified by all the bounced checks this caused. I will no longer recommend this company and as soon as my busy season is over I will again search for an alternative.
