    3 cancellation process went smooth,so far,..service from SBGA was not satisfactory, Clover charges out of my account,poor batching process, slow CC processing, unfortunately for small business this may be as good as it gets until we all quit taking CC

    5 Valerie was very helpful. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. However, before i called her, i called the automated system 844.864.5449 and this system took over 4 minutes to verify my account, was put on hold for another 2-3 minutes and then transfered right into a customer service survey without talking to anyone. The automated system failed. Valerie was awesome
