5 I called him today because I had an issue with a credit card payment. Your customer service representative YASNILE D was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to all my concerns and resolve my issue immediately. Because of this I am upgrading my equipment and also getting better rates with her. YASNILE D is an asset to your company. I rate the company at a 4. Having a proactive account manager would be ideal, especially since it has been 9 years since we signed our original agreement. However, I rate Yasnile, D with 5. 1 Our employees started all working remotely in 2021 and we no longer have an office headquarter. I worked with SBGA in June 2022 to update our address information as well as change the signer on the account to the owner of the company. After several emails and signed documents, SBGA failed to make the update. The entire process was repeated in March 2024 and once again SBGA failed to make the updated. Now, March 2025 we are going through the entire process again. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming and I don't understand what the problem is to make these changes permanent. We are strongly going to consider looking into different providers if the service continues this way.
