5 I have been calling for 4 weeks trying to get help with my machine. Never could get someone that new anything to help me. Finally today Yasnile D helped me and got everything taken care of.If not been for her I would have gone to another company. Everyone else kept giving me other phone numbers to call, but Yasnile D. was able to help me. I would like to thank her for the help in solving my problem, her friendliness and professionalism.

I have been calling for 4 weeks trying to get help with my machine. Never could get someone that new anything to help me. Finally today Yasnile D helped me and got everything taken care of.If not been for her I would have gone to another company. 3 When I was onboarded with the Sales Team at SBGA, I was not told about the annual PCI Compliance that I needed to do, and I was also not set up with the online access to my account. Kat was incredibly helpful and patient yesterday in helping me set up the PCI Compliance and made sure that I have it set up in my calendar for 5/6/26. She also helped me get set up with my online account. I'm really grateful for her help and friendly nature.
