1 I contacted SBGA with a problem with my credit card account for my business. I was met with yu don't know what you are doing and this the way we do it. Like I have never dealt with credit cards. I have run this business for seven years and have been with SBGA for two and know how our credit cards work. They seem to just be interested in getting me off the line. I called twice and both times I was treated this way. I know how our account works and this was something out of the ordinary.
