5 My customer service today was excellent! She was so patient with me when I seemed to be getting frustrated. I wasn't frustrated with her, I was with me though, not understanding everything. But she walked me through it very calmly which is what I needed. I was thankful she was there and I had put off calling for a month because I didn't want to deal with it. But it was simple and hopefully I will not need to call for a while.

My customer service today was excellent! She was so patient with me when I seemed to be getting frustrated. I wasn't frustrated with her, I was with me though, not understanding everything. 2 My conversation time with Hailey was friendly and helpful. She spoke clearly and to the point answering my questions and concerns. However a supervisor was suppose to contact me today Thursday 12/12 at noon to discuss refunds on non active account. As far as I know there was no call to my office.
