5 This was the best customer service I had with Shawny. She was courteous, polite, very professional but yet compassionate at the same time. I can not over compliment her. She stayed with me for over an hour never leaving me or trying to cut me off. She continued with me going over and beyond. There are not enough stars for her. In short she was very patient with me. Where ever you found her, you have a gem!
