2 My experience with the company was disappointing. I happened to notice that my statements for well over a year had both a $25 statement fee AND a $59 annual fee EVERY MONTH. I had to make calls week after week requesting a refund, always getting the runaround stating because it was such a big amount they would have to go to their supervisor. Finally, the $1200 plus refund showed up in my account. I was never even notified that it was being refunded, a courtesy notice would have been nice. HOWEVER, Debbie, who I spoke with to cancel my service was SPECTACULAR!!! I had been dreading contacting someone because I knew it was going to be painful. BUT I was wrong! Debbie was so fun, understanding, and helpful. She gathered my info, sent me the form, even gave me the number and contract info to cancel my lease. If I had talked to Debbie about my extra fees, I probably wouldn't have left. She is a great asset to your company!
