4 I am only giving this rating because Josh Middleton was AMAZING with how he helped solved my problems with our current system. I have called your company several times before with issues, with no resolution. Not only was Josh able to correct and address them all, when he couldn't, he went looking for the answers and called me back. More often then not, I am told I will get a phone call back and don't. Josh called back every time. His customer service skills are impeccable and in this day and age, it is very rare to come across a customer respresentative with such skills. I hope you realize what a valued asset he is to your company and reward him accordingly, if not for him, this rating would be much lower. Be sure to thank him again for me.
