1 I was very happy with the patience and the customer service provided by Katia G. She helped me work through login difficulties I was having with the Payeasy Gateway for my credit card terminal. I give Katia a 5-star rating but Payaesy a 1-star rating as I think the service is cumbersome and very expensive based on my monthly processing fees.
