2 Called today to discuss Business Reports. Although we love Linda, we are disappointed with how the business reports are broken down. This is not going to work for us. We need to have a total picture of our sales, not just the bank cards sales. We need to have this from our day sales and then on the monthly report. We don't want to have to go to 15 different areas to figure out what our sales are for the day and the month. We want to be able to look at one report and have it broken down by Cash Sales, Debit Card sales, Credit card Sales and then the total for the day. The also broken down by Visa, Discover, and Master Card totals. Cash Deposit which break down what the expected deposit is for the day. Since this can not be accomplishes, this is not going to work for us.

Called today to discuss Business Reports. Although we love Linda, we are disappointed with how the business reports are broken down. This is not going to work for us. 4 I appreciated Katia's technical help yesterday. She remained on the phone the entire time until the issue was resolved. On things that she was unsure of, she was resourceful and able to get help from someone else. The company as a whole, I give it a four mainly because it's not easy to reset passwords or retrieve statements online.

5 The Customer Service Representative was friendly and very helpful since I had two MID numbers, and wasn't sure which one was the current one. She was considerate and took the time to look both of them up, and let me know which one was cancelled and which one was current. She also stated that if I had issues in the future that she would be there for us, for our concerns. It would be nice to have her as our customer service represent permanently as I enjoyed working with her. As I said, she took both numbers and help identify which one was the current MID, and then explained the charges that I was looking at. Working with just one individual you can build a re pore and when you call, she know exactly who you are, and knows what and how you think. I felt she was very knowledgeable about all of my concerns to day and she was able to answer them, and take care of my fears of being charged for two different accounts. Thank you.
