4 I had a long hold time before I spoke to a representative. When Michael came on the line it took him a while to get the information I needed (he said his system was running slow). I had additional questions and he was able to give me the information I needed. 3 out of the last 5 times I called the representative could not give me the additional information I needed so kudos to Michael for being able to do it with no problem. I asked him how he was able to find the information I needed so that I could tell future representatives that didn't know how to find it where they could access it and he was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed
