Mayra took her time to explain to me in details how our deposits and debits were calculated. This helps us understand our sales and debits that appear on our bank statement. The system works extremely well and we are very satisfied. When there was a hold on our deposit, I called customer service. It was a challenge to get the information I needed but was finally resolved at my insistence. To tell me the threshold for our account was raised but not to what put me in an awkward situation. Our account had a flag on it for one of the transactions and money wasn't transferred to our bank promptly. The customer service rep found out about the flay and said the threshold was raised but not how much. I insisted on knowing how much and I did get it, a bit of a hassle. Not sure how I was supposed to know about limits on cards as this seemed to be new. SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
