I was able to follow Louis in re-downloading the credit card machine. Took awhile, but that could not be helped. Louis was very friendly and professional and I was very, very happy with his service and help.

Marc M. should get 100 stars!!! Time and time again I call for customer service only to be transferred then transferred again. Normally I speak to at least 3 people before I get any kind of correct response. The two times I have been lucky enough to get Marc M. on the first call he has immediately walked me through the problem and how to fix it. Marc M. needs to be training all your employees!!! Marc M. should get 100 stars!!! Time and time again I call for customer service only to be transferred then transferred again. Normally I speak to at least 3 people before I get any kind of correct response.
