Today Matthew guided me thru setting up my new credit card processing devices. When the power supply for the Clover Handheld devise didn't power the handheld, he guided me to using the Docking Station and he ordered me a replacement part. The woman from Clover was very helpful in guiding me thru the process of all the the different functions of the device. I felt like I could do all the transactions and the type of sales that I do typically.
