I understand why large charges are questioned but I do not understand why we seem to be having such a difficult time processing them. On June 22nd I had 2 large amounts, ran on the same card, exact same amount. We received a call regarding this, I in turn sent in the information requested and still only 1 of the charges went through the bank. I have since ran the card again for the 3rd time and it went through with no problem. Now my issue is that, even though only two of the charges hit our bank, all 3 of them show up on the report that I run through Clover and so it looks like we have ran more than we actually did. This needs to be looked at to see if there is a way to get any charges that don't process off of the customer's reports.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

I understand why large charges are questioned but I do not understand why we seem to be having such a difficult time processing them.
