The initial process in getting the machine was fairly smooth. After getting the machine, we needed to return/replace it 5 times before everything was eventually set up. I was transferred from working with Matthew to John to Alex and then back to John. They were all very nice and accommodating, but the situation was frustrating. Outside of the installation process, we are satisfied with the machine and the service we received; that portion is rated a 4.
