We ran credit cards and noticed the bank credited our account for $140.00 less than the Batch Out slip. We did have a $140.00 transaction on that date. When questioned, I was told it was "voided" but they couldn't tell me who voided it. Then I was told it "dropped off". Neither of these explanations make any sense to us. We had to call the patient to ask for her credit card number again and try to explain something that we couldn't understand. No one could explain how this can happen, only that it was rare.

It took me an hour and a half, several transfers, dead ends, and new calls to figure out what I wanted to do could not be done after having been told that I could do it.
