So far, so good. I have had very good people answer my calls. If they don't know something they have not been too prideful to pretend that they know it. They have put me on hold and gotten the answer. If I have become irritable because I was on hold for an hour and fifty eight minutes they showed contrightness and humor to help me calm down. For that I am grateful. When you receive a piece of equipment and it only works 3-4 times you are not a very happy person. So,everyone so far has been very agreeable. I called about confusion in reconciling my deposits with your batch totals, I spoke to Nicole, and requested a breakdown of a few batches, (I clearly asked for a breakdown, not a list of totals) she said she would email them to me. I recieved an email at 12.33, very prompt, however, they were just the batch totals and i could not open them to see the breakdowns. I called back an hour or more later when I finally got to look at it. i could not open each total to see the transactions. I called again and spoke to someone else who was going to send me the transatction history in about 10 minutes. I still haven't recieved it.
