I switched from another cc processor to SBGA in July. I struggled for 4 months to get our credit card batches to fund in a reasonable amount of time. i spoke with numerous people to figure out why they were getting hung up. I happened to talk with Kat 10 days ago, and had great results. She was finally able to track down the processing glitch, and now our batches are funded in 1 - 2 days. I've called your customer service center a few times, so far none of your customer care representatives are friendly and helpful. Eddy is the first representative that answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently explained all of the charges on my statement. I will give Eddy 5 stars but I will give the company only 1 star. There are a lot of surprise charges that I do not expect and unaware of, and just withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge. Eddy is the first representative that answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently explained all of the charges on my statement. I will give Eddy 5 stars but I will give the company only 1 star.
