I have to say that almost every time I have an issue or don't understand something Merchant Services Customer Service reps are very friendly & helpful. This last issue I had I spoke with Carter. Carter not only helped me with what I had called about but also help with another issue that I knew nothing about. Over & above, that is great customer service. Thank You Carter.
