Your Agent Frida was a lifesaver for me this evening. If I decide to stay with Clover it will be because of her professional kind compassionate way she handled my issues. I’ve called 10 times in the past two weeks talked to numerous agents in numerous departments. None of them attempted to assist me the way she did. She told me about accessone to look at my transactions no one else did. She offered to send copies of transactions to chargeback for me no one else did. She listened to me and could see how a Mark Green or pretender has charged over $300 in food on the clover app picked it up and then dispute the charge. I can’t control internet purchases. He is now known to my staff And is no longer welcome in my business. I’ve paused the clover app and will probably lose more legitimate customer as well which I hate.
