ID LIKE TO MENTION THAT I CALLED YESTERDAY AND SPOKE TO YASNILE D WHO HAD FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS ABLE TO EXLPAIN TO ME THE REASON WHY WE WERE RECIEVING THE CHARGE I HAD CALLED ABOUT. SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. . I ALSO CALLED TODAY 8/8/24 AND HAPPENED TO GET HER AGAIN ON THE PHONE. SHE AGAIN ANSWERED ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS MY DENTIST HAD AND WHEN SHE NEEDED TO GET CLARIFICATION ON A MATTER SHE WAS ABLE TO PLACE ME ON A BRIEF HOLS AND SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL ON HER PART. PS I SAW THAT IN ORDER TO SUBMIT THIS INFORMATION I HAVE TO AGREE THAT I PURCHASED A PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM THE VENDER. I PERSONALLY DIDNT BUT MY BOSS DID AND I CALLED ON HIS BEHALF.
