firstly, the people that i have had interactions with have all been very polite and as helpful as they could be. my issue is that the reporting detail is not what i had previously and i provided an example of what reporting i was used to and needed. i can not continue with this company. reconciling is just too important and your reporting makes it much too lengthy, extremely cumbersome, and not detailed enough compared to what i had. i was happy with what i had but was convinced that clover would be cheaper.
