Just signed up with Merchant Services thus just received my Clover Flex terminal. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The information I obtained was a bit frustrating. I do not understand a $10.00 fee for a paper statement that I don't need or want. That fee should be waived. Everything in the world is electronic now, no need for a paper statement and an excessive fee to accompany SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

Valerie, my service representative, was very thorough. When she didn't know the answer, she checked with her supervisor in order to answer correctly. She stayed with me and was very patient while we tried different ways to view the transaction in question, first on the Clover terminal, then on my computer.
