I called in to find out what was going on with processing a refund for a customer, it kept coming up declined could not push through. The girl was very helpful but she could not resolve my issue, she suggested I call the tech department and told me if I entered the request on my clover mini they would call me....I did what she said and they never called... that was a little disappointing....SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
