WHEN I BATCHED OUT THE TOTALS ON BOTH THE FIRST AND SECOND PORTIONS TOTALED WHAT WAS CHARGED FOR THE DAY; HOWEVER, I FOUND THAT THE BATCH WAS "FORCED" FOR A TOTAL TWICE THE AMOUNT. THERE WAS NO HELP IN UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE ISSUE WAS... I HAD TO 'FORCE' THE ISSUE OF A CREDIT FOR FEES CHARGED ON BOTH THE DOUBLED AMOUNT AND A FEE FOR ISSUING A REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS CHARGED TWICE... !! I DID GET A FEE CREDIT ONCE I HOUNDED INTO A SUPERVISOR TO GET A 'RESOLVED' CREDIT TO BE ISSUED AT THE END OF MAY.. SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
