Kim was very helpful and I don't have any problems with her. I just think there is some lacking training when if comes to how all this PCI compliance works. We have had problems from the beginning with this part of the whole credit card processing process. We have reached out to the PCI area at different times and we don't feel that we were helped to the point of not having fees to pay since we didn't complete the process completely.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

WHEN I BATCHED OUT THE TOTALS ON BOTH THE FIRST AND SECOND PORTIONS TOTALED WHAT WAS CHARGED FOR THE DAY; HOWEVER, I FOUND THAT THE BATCH WAS "FORCED" FOR A TOTAL TWICE THE AMOUNT. THERE WAS NO HELP IN UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE ISSUE WAS... I HAD TO 'FORCE' THE ISSUE OF A CREDIT FOR FEES CHARGED ON BOTH THE DOUBLED AMOUNT AND A FEE FOR ISSUING A REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS CHARGED TWICE... !!
