Our company needed some assistance with closing out batches on our Clover Mini. We had talked with several customer services representatives and they were all very helpful, especially Shawny M. She stayed on the phone with me while we went through the website survey and she also called back promptly throughout the process of resolving the batch issue . So a Big Thank You to her!
