Customer service with regards to my question about the first statement fee was fine. Shawny, actually cleared up some incorrect pricing layout that the sales reps. put in place (thank you). Yet, through the whole process of getting set up, there were too many different people calling our office or who I had to speak with. There should only be two or three as the most you are dealing with from start to finish (sales,equipment, processing). Customer service with regards to my question about the first statement fee was fine. Shawny, actually cleared up some incorrect pricing layout that the sales reps. put in place (thank you).
