i give the company 4 stars because i think there is some room for improvement and transparency in the fees and their explanation, but to Ms Jasnile Diaz, my customer service agent, I give a full 5 stars. she was awesome to deal with, and made my visit to customer service exceptional! She's pleasant, took time to explain things concerning the issues I had called about, and won me over! SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

Hello. This review is for Justin Yee and not for Clover. Justin always does an excellent job. Absolutely incredible that he can figure out a solution for every problem that's ever occurred. I would like to single out Justin Yee. He provided excellent customer service by helping me integrate my new Clover POS. He helped me by getting my inventory listed on Instacart. He is still working hard to help me by getting DoorDash and Uber Eats integrated into my Clover POS. The entire process was much easier than I had anticipated. Thanks Justin.
