Your rep was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She made the process as straightforward as could be. The first time I called in two months ago, the option of sending the form back signed in this way was not given to me. I had just moved my business home, and my printer was refusing to "talk to" my computer, so I could not respond in a timely manner. Printer and computer are fine now, but this system simplified things immensely. I'm grateful! I am giving her 5 stars, so I hope that is the way this reads. Your rep was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She made the process as straightforward as could be. The first time I called in two months ago, the option of sending the form back signed in this way was not given to me. Kat was wonderful! She helped me understand my billing statements so I could get the information my auditors were requesting. She also helped me locate where on the web site I could find my monthly statements. She gets a top rating from me on her helpfulness even with things I probably should have known but did not.
