Always a pleasure calling here. Andrew was very helpful with his phone call today. Sad to hear no more Josh, but glad that Ben is still around. It's nice to call a company and have a consistent person to talk to (especially when they are on the other side of the country...literally). I'd give Andrew 5 stars, but I haven't put him through enough to know whether he is actually worthy of that rating...ha ha! Hopefully he'll stick around long enough for me to find out! Always a pleasure calling here. Andrew was very helpful with his phone call today. Sad to hear no more Josh, but glad that Ben is still around. It's nice to call a company and have a consistent person to talk to (especially when they are on the other side of the country...literally).
