Every time I call for any assistance the first people I speak with aren’t very helpful. It seems that they don’t know much about the system or what I’m talking about. Almost sounds lazy like they are trying to find a way to tell me NO just to get me to go away. So then I have to name drop people I’ve first spoke with like Nick Zorne that have been huge help for me in the pass. Once I get pass the first person. Then YES very helpful. Every time I call for any assistance the first people I speak with aren’t very helpful. It seems that they don’t know much about the system or what I’m talking about. Shawny was very helpful to me. My account was canceled without any warnings while I still have an open bach of $1000 worth of sale. My bank cancelled my account and i spoke to somebody telling the situation and they told me to just send in the new void check when I get it and they still closed the account just because they couldn't processed one payment when I have $1200 that was supposed to be deposited to the account by them. So i have a balance owes to me, yet they canceled my account for non payment. Really? SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
