3 Three customer service problems: the original email received that indicated that our account was updated was misleading. Should have indicated "locked due to inactivity." We were certain that fraudulent activity occurred. Second, having phone representatives verbally conveying temp passwords is extremely customer unfriendly. Send an email with a temp password. The process was painful! Third, who is Verified Credible and Testimonial Tablet.
