2 The Clover system itself is an awesome POS system to have for any and all small businesses. However, when it comes to dealing with disputes and chargebacks this company doesn't offer much assistance when it comes to protecting your business. My business was scammed by an international fraudster and I am having to "wait up to 30 days" until the the dispute can be cleared when all documentation has been uploaded to prove that the dispute/chargeback can be closed. The company is putting my money into a 'reserve' account until the dispute has been resolved which makes it where I can not function my business properly.

The Clover system itself is an awesome POS system to have for any and all small businesses. 1 When I first purchased my company and called to get everything switched over, it can be summed up in one word… nightmare. The rep actually hung up on me. It took 4 weeks for payments to transfer into my account. I mostly Had to call after hours and that’s where the problem lies. So now that my business has gone out of business, by no fault of my own, I owe $500 for terminating the contract. Talk about kicking when I’m down. I would not recommend anyone to SBGA. Ever.
