5 We received equipment on a Friday and I called for help with installation on Monday morning. I was given a time of 2:00 p.m. for the help desk to call back and guide us through the set up. We received the call at promptly 2:00 from Nick. Everything went smoothly and most of all quickly. We were very pleased with the service.
