    4 Jessica deserves a 5 star rating for sure, she was terrific, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Give her a raise. The reason I gave 4 stars was the phone prompting you have for your system. I'm sure it's difficult to come up with easy phrasing, but it was confusing to decide where my call fit in. Also, once you made your pick, the hold times were long. Being the only person at my shop, I'd have to hang up to assist customers and then call and do it all over again. It became pretty discouraging that I would ever get through. I don't know how that can be helped, but wanted you to know my experience.

    5 Gracie Mendez was my second contact to get our two chip card readers installed. She was helpful, persistent, encouraging and humorous, when I was at my wit's end. (My first contact told me just to "plug in the machine." Obviously, it involved a bit more than that!) What Gracie didn't know, she found out quickly and we were up and running in no time.     4 I have not had any processing issues and the rate is competitive. We did have to send in requests for address change and upgrading our ticket machine twice, but the customer service reps are friendly, I can understand them, and the second person was very helpful making sure we did not fall through the cracks.
