5 I have had major issues this past week updating banking information with a new account and system switch with clover. It took days and multiple phone calls with 10+ people and re-routed phone calls to get the response I needed. I was thankful that I finally crossed paths with and was helped by Yasnile A. She was able to think critically and gather the information she needed to help me. She went above and beyond to follow up with me and get her management team involved to start to help to solve the issues I am currently having. Yasnile has exhibited exceptional customer service and is obviously an asset as an employee to your company.

I have had major issues this past week updating banking information with a new account and system switch with clover. 5 Berenice was top notch. She made a potentially frustrating call into a breeze. It was potentially frustrating because I thought she would have to put me through to Clover Technical support. No offense, the are beyond awful to deal with. I am still waiting for a new system and it must be over 2 weeks. If I don't get something in the next day or two, my business could be shut down because we are now having issues with our other station. Berenice is handling everything and after I asked that I not speak with technical support, she never even mentioned it again and listened to all my issues and is now in the process of handling it all.
