2 The service was good when I called in and now I know there is NO "Account Executive" in our area any more. The compliance thing was a bit confusing and it says in Area 3 we have a failure...clicked on it and makes no sense to us. This service I was told would cost me $19.95 on my next month bill if I didn't do the survey for "compliance." I now am thinking for me to do this maybe the Merchants Service should give me a better deal on my credit card processing!

The service was good when I called in and now I know there is NO "Account Executive" in our area any more. The compliance thing was a bit confusing and it says in Area 3 we have a failure...clicked on it and makes no sense to us.
