1I have experienced the WORST customer service ever! I called 855-448-3493 at 10 pm last night to unlock my online credit card processing. I was on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes and when a person FINALLY answered I was told that they could not help me because they are only TERMINAL support not online. So I called 855-775-7242 this morning and was placed on hold for another hour. Then I was transferred to Wells Fargo Merchant Services (our prior vendor) and obviously, they couldn't help me because the account is not there. This was the phone number given to me by James Burns (the salesperson who sold me this online processing system) and was placed on hold again. The person who answered was able to help me with PCI Compliance and then said she would transfer me to get unlocked from my system. Two transfers later I was given a new password and got into the system Then I needed help to delete a user so was transferred again to tech support. That person did help me and told me the number I should have called is 855-448-3493 and that they support Payeazy 24/7. this is NOT TRUE because when I called last night I was told they only support TERMNAL: after hours and to call back during the day M-F. SO WHAT ONE NUMBER DO I CALL TO GET TECH SUPPORT 24/7 when I am locked out of my online credit card processing????

at 10 pm last night to unlock my online credit card processing. I was on
