1 Everytime my password expires and I have to assign a new one it never accepts the old password and when I click forgot password it tells me that my user name is invalid. Then I call and I get sent to God knows where and they can't help me and after 3 times calling I finally get sent to someone who can solve the problem.

5 I switched from another credit card processor. I had a few glitches in getting everything running smoothly. It was discovered that my bank seemed to be what was holding up the process. Once I contacted them, everything seemed to work as it should. Marc provided excellent customer service and monitored the progress through the various steps to get this working. He communicated many times to follow up.

I switched from another credit card processor. I had a few glitches in getting everything running smoothly. It was discovered that my bank seemed to be what was holding up the process. 3 Shawny was very nice on the phone and helped me efficiently with my request. Overall, however, I feel it is a ton of paperwork to be done to do a refund of $2.70 to a customer. Our previous company simply gave us the cc number and we took care of the problem promptly and responsibly.
