4 Valerie, my service representative, was very thorough. When she didn't know the answer, she checked with her supervisor in order to answer correctly. She stayed with me and was very patient while we tried different ways to view the transaction in question, first on the Clover terminal, then on my computer. She was very pleasant and I would give her five stars.

2 firstly, the people that i have had interactions with have all been very polite and as helpful as they could be. my issue is that the reporting detail is not what i had previously and i provided an example of what reporting i was used to and needed. i can not continue with this company. reconciling is just too important and your reporting makes it much too lengthy, extremely cumbersome, and not detailed enough compared to what i had. i was happy with what i had but was convinced that clover would be cheaper.
