5 I've only had to contact the company twice, but both times, the Customer Service Representative was very polite and helpful. They understood what I needed right off and were most knowledgeable in getting me to the report that I wanted. Also, your automated answering system didn't put me through so many options so that I had to listen to all of them to select the one I needed. The option I needed was #1 and was very clear.
