4 Shawny M. Customer Service Specialist was efficient, professional and very courteous. She went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me which was very refreshing. If I should have the luxury of entering an extension number to only be assisted by her, I would. The added bonus was that she did not have a foreign accent which resulted in having my matter resolved quicker.

3 Kat was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered my questions promptly and thoroughly and was able to direct me to the appropriate party with no difficulty. While the issue I called about has yet to be resolved, the customer service aspect was excellent. We'll have to see how Clover handles the issue I contacted them regarding, but as far as customer service goes they were actually quite exceptional.

Kat was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered my questions promptly and thoroughly and was able to direct me to the appropriate party with no difficulty.
