    3 I am very disappointed in the Payment Report that you have available for customers and even your representatives. It gives not details of what is being paid and leaves the customer to try and figure out what is what and when it was from. I do understand that American Express is separate from the rest and this isn't a problem, as I have access to their payment history online and it is truly detailed in what charges are being paid in the batch payment they ACH to our bank. Your payment report should be no different than the way the Batch History Report looks like. I actually only use the Batch History Report to be able to figure out what is being paid. I have my batch reports from my Clover and don't really need the report you have. I do need details on the payments that you put into our bank account.

    I am very disappointed in the Payment Report that you have available for customers and even your representatives. It gives not details of what is being paid and leaves the customer to try and figure out what is what and when it was from.     5 SBGA Saw a transaction we ran for an expensive artwork that was purchased and to be shipped . They were not able to verify the credit card and user. We were called and did not ship the art until they were satisfied that the payment was correct and secure. If the cardholder had not verified the payment and we had shipped the art we would be at a total loss.
