5 I was so 'off' with this entire PCI compliance thing, as I didn't even know I had to do this. It seemed so overwhelming and I felt why am I to do this and not the company? I called 2 times with questions about this. I also called today, ready to be annoyed, and what do you know, the rep that helped me today made it so easy! She also saved me what I thought would be a very long phone call. Thank you to whomever I spoke with today!
