5 I was extremely happy with the serves and patients that was afforded me. She had to go and speak to her supervisor due to the trouble I was having. It took us a good 20 to 30 minutes on the phone to fix my login issues and she was great in that she waited to make sure that I got in with no issues of any kind. I wish more customer service line were 1/2 as good and I received.
